Shipping Policy

For goods shipped within the UK and Europe, postage will be included at checkout. Goods will be despatched as soon as possible and will be delivered to you within 10 working days.

For goods outside of the UK and Europe, a quote-based system is in place. You will be able to purchase the item but this will not be despatched until you have paid the agreed postage and packaging cost that will be sent to you. Additional costs maybe incurred by the customer due to customs clearance. The Aviation Emporium accept no liability for this.

Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The only exception is any error on our part in which case, we will cover any shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless there has been an error on our part.
