FAQ

Our warehouse is closed to the public and we do not have a physical shop. Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 0800-1700 GMT. We will be closed on Bank Holidays and over the Christmas period. If you send us a message outside of these times, then we will endeavour to answer your query on the next business day. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, our service times may be affected so please bear with us.

We do have various pieces that we are working through to prepare for the website. These will be advertised through the shop as soon as they are available for sale.

UK - All items will be collected from our warehouse at a minimum of once per week (usually a Friday). These will then be delivered the following week.

International shipping will be dependent on destination and weight.

All deliveries within the UK are free shipping.

Deliveries outside of the UK will be charged, this wil depend on the size, weight and delivery destination. Please contact us for a quote before purchasing the item.

Abnormal sized products will be indicated on the item. These products will be subject to quote for ALL regions. Please contact us for a quote for these items prior to checkout.
